This is part 2 of the post: 5 Lessons After My Biggest Mental Breakdown.
So, if you want to get the whole picture, I recommend reading that one first and then coming back here!
Let’s continue here if you’ve already read that.

What You Believe is 100% True
If you believe you can never get out of the chaos, it’s completely true! If you believe it is biting you back again every time you get away from it, you are absolutely right!
Because you believe in the exact thought you want to get away from.
Think about the last time you claimed (or tried to prove) that the exact negative thought that you want to get out of is true!
You are literally pushing yourself closer to that exact thought you want to get away from by debating it to be the truth.
Take a moment to realize the above lines and let that sink in.
If you claim a negative thought to be true (that makes you sick) you are literally welcoming yourself to more pain.
This is the game of thought and what you believe is 100% true if you believe it.
It is chaotic until you realize you can leverage this insight to your advantage. Believing. Not in the negative thoughts you hate but in the thoughts that pull you up.
It is easier to believe in negative thoughts than the ones that uplift you.
Start believing in the thoughts that uplift you and at any cost, never believe or try to prove the negative thoughts that make you sick. Your life will change.
Give Up Chaos and Everything Too Heavy
Just like choosing to not believe in the negative thoughts, realize you can also choose to give up your chaos.
Let me tell you how.
I actually found it from an Islamic teacher on YouTube (man was it a game changer!).
First accurately acknowledge what your pain is. Just like in the previous method, fully understand your pain inside and out.
Now with your faith and courage, take that pain from your shoulders and peacefully give it to your Lord.
Literally, give your pain away to God.
For this, you need to keep two things in mind.
One is the courage to give up the pain and live the life you truly want.
Second, you should have zero expectations after giving up your pain. No expectation for a better life or a worse one. No thoughts at all on the outcome.
When you do these two steps that’s within your control, and if you have enough patience to wait, your pain is just a matter of time to get away from you.
Praying is the most effective way man will ever know to heal from chaos.
Interaction with Pain
Yes. Fundamentally this is where everything boils down to. Your interaction with pain. Yes, it is hard. But why does it have to be? Ask yourself. Why does it have to be hard to not engage with negative thoughts that you hate and that hurt you?
I’ve talked about interaction with pain many times in this publication, so if you are interested in learning more about it, I strongly recommend reading this post:
Thank God After Believing You’ve Healed
This is a powerful one. Believe (again) you’ve already come out of the chaos.
Then thank God from that perspective.
Completely acknowledge and accept the pain and now, switch your perspective and believe wholeheartedly you’ve just come out of the pain.
Believe.
Then thank Him immediately.
This will subconsciously make you believe you already have the strength and resilience to courageously get out of your pain.
You just have to believe.
After all, chaos is uncontrolled thought and you can only cure it with the right thoughts.
Sticking to your pain is the most disappointing for the soul when you’ve found the light.
Seek Medical Help
Seek medical help if needed. The Mindset or any mental health advice on the internet is not a substitute for proper medical support. Seeking a qualified mental health professional or a psychologist is preferred more than any passive consumption of knowledge on the internet.
Thanks, Guys👋
Hope you heal faster❤️
