Hey Gang👋
They say “perfectly balanced, as all things should be”, but if you are anything like human, you’d have found it it’s kinda hard to find the right balance.
But it’s far from impossible.
With the right thought processes and appropriate experiences, anyone can find a true balance between as many multitude of activities or mindsets as they want.
The art of finding that sweet spot.

What is True Balance in the First Place?
Have you ever thought about that?
We often delve so much into the thought of ‘finding balance’ but without really understanding its true meaning.
Not just in this context, but in many parts of life.
Like we get so deep into something without even knowing it's true significance.
Life!
If something comes to your mind, feel free to drop it in the comments!
This is how I like to think about balance.
A true balance is when you are mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, satisfied with your activities.
Satisfaction, with the hope and confidence that your engagement in a certain activity will pay off in the end, when you need it.
Satisfaction. That’s the keyword here.
A true balance is never unique and often shifts based on the results of the activities you are looking to keep in balance.
And these results can influence our satisfaction level in doing those activities.
Now you get the picture, right?
It’s about managing your thought processes, again.
i.e., sometimes you should do it even if you don’t see the results.
How to Find True Balance?
A balance, as the name suggests, is the intermediate of two or more entities.
They could be activities, mindsets, choices, or thought processes.
Anything that could have a balance should be born with the mixture of two spectrums.
And dare I say,
The extreme ends of the spectrum are the greatest teachers of finding true balance in life.
Living through both extremes (only) will induce the right thought processes which are necessary to find, be satisfied with, and actually enjoy, the true balance everyone wants to have.
It’s the extremes that will teach you the most, not the intermediate spectrum and the safe spaces of your life.
You need to get your hands dirty to grow flower gardens around you.
You learn from the extremes, apply throughout the spectrum, and find out the true balance.
A process that demands consistent vision, ability to extract large amount of wisdom from your mistakes, and the sheer courage to apply the learnings the next time you stumble.
There are no shortcuts. Even if they seem to exist, they are permeable and short-lived.
Okay gang!
