Hey, friend

Life is stressful.

There’s no second-thoughts in that.

But once you look closer and realize the roots, it’ll begin to feel like you’re defending your stress for no reason.

Let me cook.

“Stress is the result of ignorance.”

“Bro, what are you talking about? I’m too aware of everything and I’m tired of being so aware.”

I hear you.

There’s the catch. No matter how big our net of awareness is, if we're not aware of the right things, it's still called ignorance.

And the only way to erase our ignorance is… to be aware of it.

Ask yourself:

  • “What am I not seeing right now?”

  • “What am I not aware of right now?”

  • “What am I ignorant about now?”

Delve into your ignorance.

Research your lack of awareness.

Be curious about your blind spots.

And in that journey, watch your stress disappear.

If you know there's more to realize, and if that helps you suffer less, isn't pretending you don't see it anything but self-betrayal?

After all, you can only react to what you’re aware of.

Try to see through your assumptions, and know the unknown.

Be ignorant about what you’re aware of. Be curious about your ignorance.

And watch your stress disappear.

What’s one thing you’re ignorant about? Try to see it through and notice how it helps.

Stress isn't yours to carry if it hinders your performance and progress.

Have a great week.
