1. Never Go Back Consciously
Going back to pain can sometimes be an unconscious process, that if serious, can get you back to suffering. It’s a lesson you can extract from your healing journey.
Consciously going back to pain can be due to the following reasons:
The pain was ‘comfortable’: If you are aware of the comfort of your pain, you can never heal.
Fear: Fear of your healed self, and the response from the external world.
2. Spend Your Energy Wisely
After you heal, i.e., after you recover from a state of zero energy, be very careful and conservative about where you spend the precious energy you have now.
That energy took a lot of hard work to obtain and you don’t want to lose that again by small mistakes.
Take care of your energy level. Don’t spend your energy on the things that drain you. Do as many things as possible that actually make you happy for as long as you can.
3. Allow Yourself to Flow
Many of your actions after your healing process might not be understandable to the people surrounding you, especially if they don’t know you were hurt.
Don’t focus on the external response at all.
Allow yourself to flow. Focus on your journey and be aware of where you are coming from and where you have reached. Don’t let silly things make you go back to a state you worked so hard to get out of.
