Life gets confusing.

But when?

It’s not silly.

Life gets confusing when thoughts mix up.

Thoughts from two different parties.

That makes complete sense when kept distant, but extremely proficient at messing with someone’s mind the moment they are mixed.

I want to describe these types of thoughts as “narrow” in the context of this post.

Because these thoughts (either of them) are qualified enough to make sense when kept alone but are too narrow to support each other.

Do I make sense?

Okay, let’s move on.

I want to talk about why I think staying in your own world is probably better than you might imagine.

This is my story.

I am a quiet peace-loving soul.

Which makes me prone to hearing comments like:

“Bro please talk…”

Khm Khm… Understandable.

It’s the same order in the hierarchy of thought as asking a chatterbox to shut up.

It just doesn’t work.

The outcome when these narrow opinions are taken in is… well, artificial and de-energizing tbh.

These narrow thoughts can cause confusion, misunderstanding of the self, and even forgetting there existed a moment of clarity.

These thoughts are naturally depressing (depending on the POV) and for some reason, just don’t make sense to the opposite party.

That’s why I call them narrow thoughts.

Everyone who walks on this earth has a world of their own.

The world they’ve perceived out of their own thoughts.

The world they live in.

Where they can choose to grow or stay.

I wouldn’t call this “own world” a comfort zone that leads to self-destruction.

It is in this “own world” that a true connection with the Self is established.

And when you truly connect with yourself, you connect with the divine powers of the universe and the greater force of life.

It is where the self becomes the most empowered by thought and most capable by action.

It is where self-doubt is crushed and overthinking is eliminated.

And it is when thoughts from the divine connection are taken in, that… life will begin to change.

When you truly connect with yourself.

I wouldn’t call staying in your “own world” comfort zone.

Back to the narrow thoughts for a bit.

I said it’s when two thoughts mix up, the world of clarity of a person collapses.

But whose world?

The person with self-doubt. The one who overthinks. The one who lacks true connection with the self.

And the cure lies in staying in your own world—not to isolate, but to reflect, to explore, and to understand.

When you regain true connection with the Self, overthinking disappears and self-doubt dissolves.

I want to address one more thing here:

I’m leaving parts of this post open for you to reflect and think deeply about.

Thanks for reading till the end and feel free to drop anything that might’ve crossed your mind.

I’ll be curious and happy to know my readers!
