Stop trying to solve everything.

You’d be familiar with the idea of solving overthinking by going through each thought loop one by one.

I think that’s the biggest trap there is.

If you are a real overthinker who has came out the other end of that horrible tunnel, you wouldn’t stand with that idea.

Because it’s just so f***ing painful.

Here’s a reframe to deal with your spirals:

You wouldn’t solve through your thoughts for nothing, right? You’re looking to achieve something with that clear thought you get at the end.

Before you get any further, figure out what that end vision looks like.

Ask yourself:

  • What does clarity look like to me?

  • How differently would that make me feel?

  • What am I hoping to achieve with clarity of thought?

Be relentless in answering these questions. Because the moment you know what clarity looks like, the spiral loses its grip.

These questions act as both a distraction and a clear way out of your spirals.

This process of answering questions will never turn into overthinking because there’s a clear goal you’re chasing here—knowing the Self.

Be precisely clear with these three questions because here’s the truth:

Specificity is the language of mental clarity.

And the more you understand your desires, the clearer your mind gets.

Clarity isn’t about fighting every thought. It’s about knowing what matters to you—and letting the rest fade.

Start with specificity, questioning, and self-understanding. The rest will follow.
