You're not stuck because the work is hard.
You're stuck because of the story you're telling yourself about the work.
"I have to do this every single day." "I need to get this perfect before I can launch." "I must succeed or I'm a failure."
These frames create resistance before you even start.
Here's the shift:
"I have to work out every day" → "I'm working out today."
"I need to post forever" → "I'm posting right now."
"I must succeed" → "I'm taking one action."
Same work. Different frame. Completely different feeling.
The action doesn't get easier because you're more motivated.
It gets easier because you stopped carrying the weight of a story that doesn't serve you.
Most people think they need more discipline.
What they actually need is a better frame.
If you're stuck right now, ask yourself:
What story am I telling myself about this work?
Then ask: Is that story true? Or is it just something I believed without questioning?
The moment you see the story clearly, it loses power.
And the work becomes simple again.

P.S. If you're stuck and can't see the story creating the resistance, reply to this email with "Stuck" and tell me what you're working on. I'll show you what I see.
