Perceptions.
Aren’t they transient?
What changes them?
New information, right?
Didn’t that information exist before? Yes.
You just weren’t aware of it, right?
So, what’s the truth?
Your initial perception or the one you have now?
How far do we take our opinions for granted?
If our perceptions are transient, what role do pride, arrogance, or even confidence play here?
Aren’t they all the result of our perceptions?
And aren’t our perceptions the result of our awareness?
And… awareness?
Now let’s go deeper.
What can we ever be aware of?
The things we are exposed to, right?
But what if some things are deliberately hidden?
Take news, politics, and businesses.
It’s crazy.
And it’s scary too.
If we can only ever be aware of what we are exposed to, doesn’t that mean we are granted exposure to different things by… the rulers, the rich, the creators, the determiners?
Do the ones in power decide our destiny?
This is your reminder: don’t take everything you are exposed to at face value.
If this is the case, how much of our reality is the truth?
How much do we take our thoughts, our opinions, and our perceptions as absolute truths?
Aren’t we always blinded in some way?
Doesn’t that remind you to humble yourself?
To calm down and realize you might not have all the answers?
To accept that you are not all-knowing?
Isn’t this realization what keeps the humble, forever humble?
Sometimes, knowing that you might not have all the answers is a form of respect you can give to your own soul.
Be humble.
Have a great start to the week with open-mindedness and humility.
Wish you the best.

And maybe—just maybe—there’s a truth beyond what we see.
"Say, ‘Are those who know equal to those who do not know?’"
