“Partial information is everywhere.

But the biggest problem is that it’s indistinguishable from complete information.”

Have you ever found yourself changing your perspectives?

One day, you think you're the happiest person in the world, and the next, you find the entire world standing against you, breaking you into pieces.

You thought you're gonna crush it, but then you find yourself in a dark room searching for the light.

Now, what changed your perspective?

New information.

Information that came out of nowhere, that somehow managed to change the puzzle, either solving it or turning it over.

“New information is the result of expanded awareness.”

When our awareness increases, new information comes into our perception, which can make or break our inner Self.

Here’s the basic idea—generalized down to the bones.

Expanded Awareness → New Information → Emotion

Once you understand this basic model, you won’t see the things that hurt you as the things that hurt you.

You see them as the response your inner Self has expressed towards a piece of information that was once hidden.

Which means…

Every situation, every point of misery (or elation), and every moment of tension is our reaction to the amount of information that is available to us at that moment.

Which means…

Every situation may hold more information that just happened to be outside of our awareness.

And thus,

Every piece of information has the possibility of being partial information.

So, your inner emotion isn’t conclusive.

Because the information you’re exposed to isn’t conclusive either.

Here's what I'm trying to say.

Don’t be conclusive. Don’t blind your inner Self out of some misery that just happened to get into your awareness.

Who knows if there’s more for you to know?

And who knows if you left the party too early?

“If you’re suffering and you choose to see through, you may or may not heal.

But if you don’t open your eyes at all, you’ll never heal.”

Open-mindedness is the healthiest healer.

That one new piece of information you’re unaware of at this moment (or are hesitant to see) might just make your day, giving you all the joy you wanted.

“Partial information mixed with conclusive statements is the easiest recipe for unnecessary suffering.”

When you realize that every piece of information you’re exposed to has a possibility of being partial information, you avoid forming rigid, conclusive statements, which thus will eliminate unnecessary suffering from your life.

That’s how you stay open to healing.

By believing there might be something I’m unaware of at the moment, that is making me feel the way I don’t want to feel.

And by thinking,

“I want to know that piece of information that will heal me.”

Search for that piece of information.

It is out there, waiting to be discovered, to come into your awareness.

So, what's a great way to heal?

Be a constant seeker of knowledge. Because it is the only healer.
